ok so i guess i am hosting a little contest... i am not sure how many people will join, BUT i know i have some people added on here that are really talented and i would like to see them do this contest just to see what they can come up with.

~THE CONTEST~
the contest is your OC's OR favorite characters from a show with a sailor moon type theme. i have been a fan of sailor moon for a long time and i think it would be really cool if you guys could draw your characters (or faves) in there own sailor outfits. just think of something like edward elric in a black, white and red sailor moon outfit... ok maybe not... but you get the picture.

~THE RULES~
1. no bases; the reason i say no bases, is because, i believe that bases are unoriginal and i like originality.
2. no pervy stuff; idk who would submit a pervy (as in boobs or but sticking out) picture in this contest but if there are any who would submit one... i will kill you higuashi style... ok maybe not but i probably wont have it entered in the contest... (that goes for no penis too...)
